Aaron Doughty is a spiritual teacher and YouTuber with over 1.9 million subscribers, dedicated to helping people expand their consciousness. After a spiritual awakening in 2012, he went daily on YouTube in 2017 and grew one of the largest personal-growth channels on the platform, teaching energy dynamics, subconscious reprogramming, and nervous system regulation. He now travels the world running live events and hot seat coaching, helping people come home to who they already are.
